Redistricting Reform: Why Now? How Can I Help?. Come join the League of Women Voters of Delaware County and Dr. Richard Gunther, professor emeritus of political science at OSU as we learn about the Fair Districts = Fair Elections citizens ballot initiative for redistricting reform.

71% of Ohio voters supported the passage of Issue 1 in 2015 to reform the redistricting process of our state level congressional districts. All Ohioans would also benefit from fairly drawn national level congressional districts and the accountability of our representatives that this brings.

Come learn about the proposed redistricting reforms by Fair Districts, which largely follow the same guidelines that we voted in support for in 2015.

Also, if you are interested in getting involved with the proposed reform, Fair Districts needs folks to gather signatures on petitions to get this reform on the ballot. This session will include both an explanation and training on legally circulating petitions for this initiative.

Location is conveniently located only 5 miles north of the zoo. 15 minutes to Dublin, Powell, Delaware and Lewis Center.

RSVP to Marci Bird: marci.jem@gmail.com or https://www.eventbrite.com/e/redistricting-reform-why-now-how-can-i-help-tickets-34622294214
